Before code disclosure
Contact support promptly if your code has not been revealed or supplied. Refund eligibility depends on order status and applicable law; blockchain payments may carry network fees.
After code disclosure
Once a working key has been revealed, returns for a change of mind are generally unavailable where a lawful digital-content exception applies and any required consent or acknowledgment has been obtained. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or incorrect code
If a key fails to activate for the specified platform and region, contact support with the order number and activation error. We will investigate and offer a replacement or the remedy required by applicable law.
Region and compatibility
Check the platform and region shown before paying. A mismatch caused by choosing an incompatible product may not qualify for a discretionary refund, subject to your statutory rights.
